Hamburg, October 27, 2025. The Jahreszeiten Verlag continues its successful growth trajectory and further strengthens its portfolio in the premium and luxury segments. Starting in 2026, AW Architektur & Wohnen, Merian and Robb Report will be published with increased frequency. At the same time, the publisher is expanding its editorial capacities and intensifying its sales and marketing activities.
AW Architektur & Wohnen: More Space for Ideas, Trends, and Inspiration
The Jahreszeiten Verlag is strategically expanding its premium brand AW Architektur & Wohnen, increasing its publication frequency from six to ten issues per year beginning in 2026. At the same time, the magazine’s editorial volume will grow permanently by 16 pages to a total of 188 pages.
Editor-in-Chief Karen Hartwig explains:

With ten issues per year, we’re creating more space for topics, trends, and personalities that shape the way we live. With this move, AW Architektur & Wohnen is anticipating the needs of its B2C and B2B community and reinforcing its leading position as a style-defining authority for design and architecture. With an expanded editorial team across print and digital, AW is also preparing for its upcoming 70th anniversary in 2027 under the motto “70 Years of AW – 70 Years of Space for Inspiration.”
Merian: Luxury, Diversity, and Editorial Strength
The renowned travel magazine Merian will increase its publication frequency from five to six issues per year starting in 2026 — a step that underscores the brand’s continued success and strong development since its relaunch under Editor-in-Chief Tinka Dippel in autumn 2023.
Since then, Merian has established itself as a luxurious, thematically diverse travel magazine that goes far beyond classic destinations. It combines travel journalism with topics such as culture, style, cuisine, sustainability, and architecture — reflecting a modern understanding of travel as an expression of lifestyle and attitude: The Art of Travel.
With the higher frequency from 2026 onward, Jahreszeiten Verlag strengthens Merian’s market presence and builds upon the brand’s growing success in a sustainable way.
Robb Report: Anniversaries and New Editions
Robb Report, the only truly global luxury media brand published on all continents, will also increase its frequency — from five to six editions annually starting in 2026.
The year 2026 marks a double anniversary: 50 years of Robb Report USA and 10 years of Robb Report Germany, whose first issue was published on October 4, 2016, by Jahreszeiten Verlag. The new issue 1/26 — “Robb Report by the Sea” — will kick off the anniversary year, dedicating all sections to the theme of water: from yachts and architecture to design, art, and gastronomy.
